Lorenzo Gerosa
Born on May 22, 2005 in Alzano Lombardo, in the province of Bergamo, I discovered my passion for skiing at a young age, thanks to my dad. I started skiing at just three years old and, growing competitively, I went through the first stages of my career in the Sci Club Radici.
My career as a professional began by entering the Youth category, marking the beginning of a serious and constant path. Since then I have collected victories in the Italian championships (youth and criterium), goals that have pushed me to aim higher and higher. Lately, my triumphs have been winning several FIS races.
Today I train under the guidance of coach Andrea Testa and, being part of the Centro Sportivo Esercito, I am recognized as the best young person in the Youth category in giant slalom according to the Italian ranking. My life as a professional athlete leads me to frequently move to the mountains to follow intensive training and competitive races, always with the aim of reaching ever higher levels.
Despite my absolute dedication to skiing, I cultivate other passions that enrich my daily life. I love practicing enduro, an activity that allows me to experience nature in a different way and to experience new challenges. I also play padel, a sport that helps me maintain physical and mental balance.
Alongside my sports career, I am also committed to studying: after high school I decided to delve into the world of law by enrolling in an online university. This choice allows me to reconcile athletic commitment with academics, preparing myself for a future in which I can compete with the best in the world in the most prestigious competitions, such as the World Cup, the World Championships and the Olympics – ambitious goals that I hope to achieve, perhaps even winning.
Nicolò Pedroncelli
My name is Nicolò Pedroncelli, I was born in Milan on June 10, 2005 and I currently live in Chiavenna. I am an alpine ski athlete, with a great passion for this sport that I have cultivated since I was two and a half years old. I started competing around the age of five and, for about two years, I have been training with Reach New Heights, competing under the name of Fiamme Oro, the team of the State Police.
In recent years, I have achieved some good results, including a victory in the giant slalom race in Courmayeur in 2024 and the giant slalom race in Kronplatz of the Gran Premio Italia in 2024 (7th place), as well as my best score so far in the giant slalom race in Alleghe. I train mainly in Bormio together with my Team.
For about two years I have been seriously committed as an athlete, and my dream is to reach the World Cup, continuing to improve myself and work with dedication to achieve increasingly ambitious goals.
The road is long, but every step helps me grow and pursue my dream with humility and passion.
Benjamin Alliod
I am Benjamin Alliod, I am 25 years old and I was born in Aosta on January 24, 2000. I am an athlete of the Italian national ski team and I have been competing for two years in the World Cup and European Cup races of speed disciplines.
I am part of the military group of the army (c.s. Esercito) and I am a great fan of sports and competition.
I speak fluent Italian, French, English and German, which allows me to communicate easily in different situations.
In addition to my sports career, I am also a university student of motor sciences, thus balancing my life between sports and study.
In my free time, I love playing tennis, cycling with friends and doing outdoor activities, cultivating my passion for an active and dynamic lifestyle.
